Doug is the Chair of the Audit Committee and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand. He is currently a Director of several private companies including Doubtless Bay Water Supply Co Limited and ProjectMax Limited. He was previously a Director of Brightwater Group Limited and Top Energy Limited and was the Chief Executive and Director of the Duffill Watts Group of consulting engineering companies for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) degree.
Hamish is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is chairman of East Health Services Ltd and the Waikato Regional Council Audit and Risk sub-committee, and a director of Restaurant Brands Ltd, AsureQuality Ltd, Botany Health Hub Ltd, Dairy Technical Services Ltd and Smart Environmental Ltd. Hamish previously held senior executive positions with Tip Top Ice Cream, Heinz Wattie's, and DB Breweries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and an MBA as well as a Master of Commerce (Hons) in Management and International Business.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Elect) (Hons) degree. Barbara is a member of the Audit Committee of Counties Power. She is currently a director of solar photovoltaic start-up Easy Warm Limited and Easy Warm (Aust) Pty Ltd, a director of the Australian Solar Council, a board member of the New Zealand and Pacific Solar Council, and a member of the Security and Reliability Council of the Electricity Authority. Previous directorships include Transpower New Zealand Limited, Comalco New Zealand Limited, and Genesis Energy Limited.
David is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand. David previously held senior executive positions with Vector Ltd and senior management positions with West Coast Power Ltd (Canada). He was previously a director of the Electricity Networks Association, Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation and Treescape Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil) degree, a Master of Engineering (Civil) degree and Diplomas in Business Management and International Financial Management.
