To qualify as a winner you must also qualify for the Counties Power Discount.

Members and families of Counties Power Consumer Trust, directors and staff are not eligible to enter. The winner will be notified by 24 January 2010. If more than one person guesses the correct amount the winner will be drawn randomly from the correct entries. If the correct amount is not chosen then the closest amount will win.
