Vern is currently the Chair of the Northland Polytechnic and a director of Invivo Wines New Zealand Limited. His previous directorships include 4 years as Chairman and CEO of Fressure and 9 years as a director of Eastland Group Limited. Vern's extensive corporate career included senior executive roles in the petro-chemicals industry followed by 6 years as the Chief Executive of the Northland Cooperative Dairy Company and 4 years as Chief Executive of the Northland Port Corporation.
Hamish is currently Chair of the Audit Committee and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is chairman of East Health Services Ltd and the Waikato Regional Council Audit and Risk sub-committee, and a director of Restaurant Brands Ltd, AsureQuality Ltd, Botany Health Hub Ltd, Dairy Technical Services Ltd and Smart Environmental Ltd. Hamish previously held senior executive positions with Tip Top Ice Cream, Heinz Wattie's, and DB Breweries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and an MBA as well as a Master of Commerce (Hons) in Management and International Business.
Ben is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a director of Compass Housing Services Co. (NZ) and an advisory board member of Galantai Plastics Group and Liquid Wind ab (Sweden). His previous directorships include six years as director of electrofuels company Carbon Recycling International ehf (Iceland), Chairman of the global Methanol Institute (USA), Vice Chairman of the Asian Clean Fuels Association (Singapore) and 10 years on the board and as Chair of the International DME Association. Ben's extensive corporate career included senior executive and board level responsibilities in the petro-chemicals and energy industry while at Methanex Corporation, 14 years of which was spent working in North America and Europe.
David is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand. David previously held senior executive positions with Vector Ltd and senior management positions with West Coast Power Ltd (Canada). He was previously a director of the Electricity Networks Association, Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation and Treescape Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil) degree, a Master of Engineering (Civil) degree and Diplomas in Business Management and International Financial Management.
