Lines companies from around the country gathered yesterday at Counties Power’s Pukekohe office for a day of customer-focussed collaboration.
Twenty-five representatives from Northpower, Top Energy, MainPower, EA Networks and Counties Power worked on how to streamline processes and maximise resources using the same customer platform.
Counties Power General Manager Network Operations Dale Carline says the day was all about putting the customer at the heart of their operations.
“We all do the same thing and share the same goal – powering our communities and serving our customers in the best way possible. We face the same issues and challenges working in a complex, regulated field with technical infrastructure while juggling multiple customer needs. Streamlining internal processes and communicating to customers is key to all our success and something we are working together on.”
It was heartening to see the willingness within the group to share knowledge and experience, with the objective to align technologies and platforms to make more rapid improvements in process and ultimately, customer service.”
The participating companies use the same platform to underpin their customer service operations.
